Fantastic experience. I went there to get a quote only. Was planning to visit other custom ring manufacturers as well. When I left I knew they were the right people for the job. Extremely professional, walked me through the whole process and kept me in the loop the entire time. The very next day I was back and we started the process. I received their first design and wanted some changes made, I received the new design the next day and gave them the go-ahead. I needed some professional advice and someone to remove a clip from my ring, but most jewelers did not want to take the time to assist me. I sent through my request and within a few hours I received a call from Dante and went to see him the same day. He gave excellent advice and was so patient with me (I am very indecisive). They ended up removing the clip, resizing the ring, and provided me with a valuation certificate. Throughout the process Dante kept me informed on their progress and answered all the questions I had. I am satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them.

Repairs: took some diamond jewelry in for repairs and service was just excellent. Ring with broken prong was rebuilt flawlessly, better than new and also a bracelet safety chain repaired. Will recommend and definitely be back for any future requirements 🙂
